When I started building homes over 10 years ago, I became accustomed to paying an agents’ list fee of 1%. When I went to sell my personal home, however, I was shocked to discover that I could not find a 1% home real estate agent as a regular homeowner. I felt this was an opportunity to bring a different kind of real estate brokerage to central Oklahoma.

I started JMR Realty to bring low commission selling services to all homeowners. I provide both buying and selling real estate agent services to Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. I believe homeowners should have options in the way they sell and buy property.
