Yes. Buyers agents don’t care how much you’re paying to sell your home. They do care about their own commission, and with our flat fee service we recommend that you do still pay the buyers commission at closing (just like any other listing). This way, your home gets the same exposure, and buyers agents are just as motivated to show your home.
