Not all home sellers have the same needs. Flat fee is for you if you want more assistance than a FSBO (for sale by owner) can offer, but don’t need a full service realtor either.

Flat fee sellers stand to save even more money, since they’re sharing a portion of the selling process. We handle photographs, get you listed on MLS and all major websites, and set you up with the same signage and lock boxes that all realtors use. How does the $999 Oklahoma Flat Fee MLS listing work?

You pay $999 up front. This is non-refundable.

We offer this flat fee option for homeowners that are equipped to take on portions of the selling responsibility. JMR gets the home professionally listed on MLS and sets the homeowner up with the tools needed to complete the process. The homeowner finishes the deal by handling showings, negotiations, and closing.

Home inspections
All final closing coordination and documentation

Seller pays commissions for both agents. When you list your home with JMR, you can set your Buyers Agent Fee at whatever you choose, however we recommend 3%.

There are many websites out there offering the service for less money but the listing agent they partner with may not be the most responsive in directing inquiries to the FSBO seller (we looked into this and even mock called a few). We were looking for someone reliable and responsive and Jimmy more than met our expectations. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive.
