What is your realtor fee as my real estate agent?

As a home buyer in Oklahoma, you pay nothing! The seller of the home you purchase pays our fee.

This is my first time buying a house. What do I do first?

By using our mortgage calculator on this page, you can figure out a rough estimate for how much you plan to spend.   As experienced home sellers, we used Jimmy's $999 flat fee MLS service. There are many websites out there offering the service for less money but the listing agent they partner with may not be the most responsive in directing inquiries to the FSBO seller (we looked into this and even mock called a few). We were looking for someone reliable and responsive and Jimmy more than met our expectations. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive.
