Great! It’s good to be looking and see what you like or need in your next home. First, we’ll discuss and agree on a ‘Buyer Broker Agreement’. Once signed, we’ll discuss your needs and make recommendations based on our industry experience. When you’ve decided on a home we’ll work together to build your offer. JMR will negotiate on your behalf to get the best deal possible for you and your family. We are here to represent you!

What is your realtor fee as my real estate agent?

As a home buyer in Oklahoma, we’ll agree on the buyers fee before beginning the search. This is called the ‘Buyer Broker Agreement’.

This is my first time buying a house. What do I do first?

By using our mortgage calculator on this page, you can figure out a rough estimate for how much you plan to spend. You’ll need to first work with a bank to secure your mortgage pre-approval and start the loan process. We’re happy to recommend options if you do not already have someone. Once that’s complete, we can start the process!
