If you don’t want full service help, then a flat fee MLS realtor may be right for you. We’ll get you started with the CMA, pricing, professional photos, MLS listing and lockbox setup. You’ll take over from there and handle the home showings, inspections and final closing documents.
You’ll pay a $999 non-refundable fee up front.
